Anteriormente, la banda estaba bajo el nombre Rocket Diary formado en 2005 y con influencias Punk Rock. Sin embargo, se separaron tres años después debido al servicio militar.

En 2012 regresan con el proyecto WE ARE THE NIGHT el cual un año más tarde lanzan su primer single "Melancholy" junto con un cambio rotundo de género musical, rock electrónico.
